Chicken Gnocchi Masala

2-24 oz Pasta Sauce. (Tomato/Basil & Roasted Red Pepper with Garlic)

1 Package of Gnocchi

4-5 Chicken Breasts

16 oz Sour Cream

1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon of Cayenne

1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon of Curry

1 Teaspoon of Sage

2 Teaspoons of Ground Tumeric

1 Tablespoon of Coffee Rub (Mine was homemade)

1 Tablespoon of Ground Cumin

1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder

I used a crockpot. Cut your chicken into 1 inch pieces. Add everything together except the gnocchi. Add them in the crockpot at the end after you boil them for 5 minutes. Let them absorb the sauce for 10 min or so. Don’t make me tell you how to use a crockpot lol.
